Common Problems

My ringtone doesn’t appear

Make sure the ringtone has downloaded successfully and is stored in your phone’s Ringtones folder (Android), or has been imported correctly (iPhone).

The ringtone won’t play

Some devices have file size or length restrictions. We recommend using ringtones that are around 20–30 seconds long.

My phone keeps using the default ringtone

Restart your phone after selecting the new ringtone. Some Android devices only update the ringtone list after a reboot.

Why Use Custom Ringtones?

A personalised ringtone helps you:

  • Know who’s calling without looking at your phone.
  • Express your personality.
  • Make your phone easier to identify in busy places.
  • Add a bit of fun to everyday calls.
